Custodial dad, step, step-grandfather charged in death of 6-year-old son (Willow Springs, Missouri)

A custodial UNNAMED DAD has been charged in the death of his 6-year-old son. Seems the step and her father may have played some role in the boy's death, too.

So why was this boy "living" with his father when his mother (who is named here) is apparently alive and residing near St. Louis? Was this a judge's decision, to separate this boy from his mother and give him to these "alleged" abusers/killers? If so, will we see the judge named in this travesty of justice? Don't get your hopes up too high.
