Two-year-old boy "suddenly" dies in home of custodial father; police "investigating" (Webb, Saskatchewan, Canada)

We have a 2-year-old boy who died in the home of his custodial UNNAMED DAD (and step)--and nobody knows why. We don't even know how the little boy ended up in this home. What happened to his mother, the one who gave birth to him? Is she still alive? Or is this another case of a creepy, controlling dad who decided to punish the mom by taking her child away from her?

INVISIBLE MOTHER ALERT.
